Has anyone tried this yet?

I am worried about the logistics of keeping water hot/warm and especially about keeping the cold water cold. I have no refrigerator. Also, if I get the bags ready ahead of time, do I have to keep them warm/cold overnight? Will they change? Thanks!

In the TSI workshops, for cold water we use ice baths (ice in large Tupperware with plastic 'beakers" of water inside the bath). We either bring ice from home or buy a bag at the store. For hot, we heat in a kettle or microwave, but you can also use a hot plate. Coolers work well to keep hot hot and cold cold, and you don't have to keep the bags "at temperature" overnight; you can cool and heat them right before the activity.
