Minimum Requirements for Field SIgnup:

-Needs to be student with a validated ID or a member of Student Rec Services Unit

-10 first and last names with student ID #’s of the individuals who will be using the field

 

Field Usage Request Procedures:

1. General usage inquiries will be made via email through the SRS email account at rechi@hawaii.edu 2 weeks in advance to actual date of requested use.


2. All inquiries will be taken by the SRS Office and passed on to the Informal Recreation Graduate Assistant in charge of scheduling Service Associates for coverage.  


3. Once inquiries are sent up to the GA, patrons who request for field usage will be notified within one week via email if they will be granted access.


Day of Usage Procedures:

1. All names listed on email request that has been approved for use are to be present while checking in.

-if not all members are able to make it in to check in a minimum of 6 names need to be present for representation of the group.

2. All users of the field must have their ID’s with current validation.
