Student Information System (MyUH) Steering Committee
Description:
What is MyUH?
MyUH is University of Hawaii’s online student information system. Features include a common interface for all students, 100% web based services, and the ability to register at multiple UH campuses. MyUH offers secure and personalized access to student services like registration, financial aid and student records (grades, transcripts, payments/charges).
University of Hawaii students, faculty/staff membes and others affiliated with UH can access MyUH.
Role of the Steering Committee:
- Within the broad guidelines established by the Executive Sponsors, guide the project design and implementation for the project.
- Make decisions regarding timing and scope of the various dimensions of the project, including authorized modifications.
- Make the project team aware of issues or opportunities that affect the development and implementation of the project.
- Determine policy or project teams requiring action by the Executive Sponsors and make recommendations to those sponsors.
- Monitor the project to assure compliance with timeliness and budget.
- Approve budget adjustments.
- As appropriate, represent the project to the larger University community.
