UH West O'ahu celebrates annual West O'ahu Day festivities April 7

UH West O‘ahu welcomes all to the annual West O‘ahu Day celebration hosted by the Associated Students of UH West O‘ahu and University faculty and staff.
WHEN:
Wednesday, April 7
10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
WHERE:
UH West O‘ahu Campus, behind Student Services Office
96-129 Ala Ike, Pearl City
The festivities, emceed by UH West O‘ahu students Rufino Dan Magliba and Jennica Baldonado, include:
- lucky number prize giveaways and a chance to win gift cards, UH West O‘ahu T-shirts, a 32-inch TV and more!
- great musical entertainment by TTYM and slam poetry by Kealoha
- a dunking booth fundraiser benefitting the Hawai‘i Foodbank
- basketball games, football games, and rock climbing
- pizza, bentos, ice cream and other ono food with proceeds benefitting UH West O‘ahu student clubs and charitable organizations
Cash and food donations will also be accepted on-site as part of the university’s efforts to support the Hawai‘i Foodbank’s 21st Annual Food Drive.
The results of the UH West O‘ahu official mascot contest will be revealed for the first time!
