Quarterly University of Hawaii eWaste Pick-Up Program at UH Manoa

UH has established a free quarterly recycling program for university-owned ewaste equipment, compliments of Apple. Shippers will pick up the equipment from Manoa Buildings & Grounds durng the months of January, April, July, and October each year. On the UH Manoa campus you can arrange for pick-up/consolidation of university-owned equipment by Buildings & Grounds throughout the year by one of three methods:

- Delivering equipment to Landscaping Monday-Friday, 6:00am to 1:30pm.

- Completing an eFacilities AiM Work Order for pick-up at your office by Facilities-Trucking. http://www.hawaii.edu/efacilities/

- Completing an eFacilites AiM Work Order, and calling BGM-Landscaping at 956-7922 to arrange a time and place to pick-up ewaste near your building. http://www.hawaii.edu/efacilities/

Landscaping is located at the mauka end of East West Road, across from Campus Security; a campus map is available at: http://manoa.hawaii.edu/campusmap

You must adhere to all the program requirements listed on the Quarterly Program webpage prior to arranging for disposal. Any brand of device may be recycled; a link to a list of the acceptable/non-acceptable equipment  is included on the Quarterly Program webpage: http://www.hawaii.edu/technology/recycle/
