General Information

Welcome Home!

On behalf of the entire Student Housing Services staff, welcome to the University of Hawai’i at Manoa.  We are excited that you have chosen to live with us and be a part of our on-campus ohana.  We hope that you take advantage of all the positive educational and personal experiences that living on campus can provide!

Residing on campus is more than just a convenient place to stay; it is an integral part of the university’s educational and academic support services.  The residence halls and apartments are places where we hope you will learn more about yourself and others while succeeding academically. Student Housing Services staff members are dedicated to developing comfortable, friendly environments that are academically focused, ethically responsible and socially just.  Our staff is here to assist you and be a resource on your collegiate journey.

This Guide to Living on Campus can assist you in maximizing your on-campus experience. The Guide contains important information about housing and campus services, involvement, facilities, contact information, procedures, and community standards.  Please familiarize yourself with the information in the guide and ask a Student Housing staff member if you have any questions.

We hope that you will bookmark the link to the guide and refer to it when needed.  Again, welcome to UH-Manoa and Student Housing Services.  We hope your experience will be filled with academic success, fond memories and new friendships.  Please let us know what we might do to enhance your experience living on campus.
