New Spring 2012 Course
A new course, MCB 472: The Biology of Cancer will be taught this Spring 2012 semester. This course is an advanced undergraduate course for students with an interest in the contemporary approach to:
- Molecular and cellular basis of carcinogenesis
- Detection and diagnostic features of tumors
- Experimental approaches and model systems to studying cancer
- Tumor immunology and immunotherapy
- Conventional and advanced approaches to the pharmacological treatment of cancer
