RBC and UH Auxiliary Enterprises, Campus Mail Services is offering mailbox rentals to the UH campus community.

• All information provided by the applicant(s) is confidential.
  • Up to three (3) persons or organizations are allowed in a single mailbox.
  • Certified, Registered, Insured, Express, COD mail or parcels by delivery carriers (i.e. USPS, FEDEX, DHL, UPS) will not be accepted by the University of Hawai’i at Manoa as Agent. A notice will be place in the holder’s mailbox for directions to retrieve his/her mail.
  • Mailboxes cannot be used for soliciting or doing business with the public.
  

Two (2) types of identification are required. One must contain a photo of the addressee(s) which will be retained by agent of verification:

• Hawai‘i valid driver’s license
  • Hawai’i non-driver’s ID card:
  • Armed Forces, Government, University or Recognized corporate ID card
  • Current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust
  • Voter or vehicle registration card
  • Home or vehicle insurance policy
  

Social Security cards, credit cards and birth certificates are unacceptable IDs.
