Rainbow Business Center personnel:
- Reserve the right to refuse or restrict duplication of materials due to condition, size, dubious content, questionable legal issues, or special requirements.
- Are strictly prohibited from manipulating images during burning except for minor image quality adjustments to improve the clarity of images.
- Rainbow Business Center:
- Is not responsible for obtaning any copyright authorization for any document that will be duplicated.
- However, if the material physically says it is Copyright Protected, RBC is restricted from making duplicate copies.
- Will not be in any way being liable for any documents submitted for burning.
- Customers are responsible for the following:
- Observation of all U.S. Copyright regulations
- State of Hawaii and Federal customers are responsible for compliance with State and Federal statutes and regulations regarding document retention and disposal.
