State of Hawai'i High School students, & families are invited to this FREE event!

The UH Mānoa Office of Admissions is hosting the annual Explore Mānoa event this fall for State of Hawaiʻi junior and senior high school students & their families to discover the opportunities at UH Mānoa:

  • Meet faculty, staff, & current students from various academic programs & student services
  • Get familiar with the admissions process
  • Submit an admissions application with assistance from an Admissions Officer
  • Check your admissions application status
  • Learn ways to finance college, including the FAFSA & UH Mānoa Scholarships
  • Participate in tours of the campus, residence halls, & more

*Registration is required for students & groups

Getting a college education isn’t free, but paying for school shouldn’t overwhelm you. Learn all about financial aid from a Financial Aid Counselor. Attend this session to find out what financial aid is, about the process and why you should apply even if you think you are ineligible.

INFORMATION SESSION - HOW TO GET INTO COLLEGE

Curious about what it takes to get into college? In this session, an Admissions Officer will share what the admissions process looks like, what admissions committees look for from high school students, what to do after you’ve been accepted and much more.

INFORMATION SESSION - MĀNOA SCHOLARSHIP WORKSHOP

Did you know that UH Mānoa awards over $1.5 million in merit based scholarships to incoming freshmen every year? The New Warrior Scholarships are some of the University's most sought after scholarships. This workshop will give you the opportunity to meet with current UHM Scholars and gain insider tips to make your scholarship applications stand out!

Experience our beautiful campus first hand! Take a walking tour of the campus led by a current UH Mānoa student. Tours will be on a first-come, first served basis.
*Self-Guided Tour - Can't make the tour times or want to explore on your own? Participants are welcome to take a self-guided tour. Packets will be available at the Campus Tour tent.

Take exit 24B for University Avenue
